YOU MUST CONFIRM WITH US THAT YOU HAVE UNLOADING TOOL AND ADVISE YOUR AVAILABLE HOURS FOR THE DELIVERY.
YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED AUTOMATICALLY UNTIL YOU CONFIRMED THE ABOVE.
- It is the customers' responsibility to have a forklift ready for unloading the order.
- Please confirm your delivery address is correct before click 'PLACE ORDER' button. We do not ship to the address which is different from the one showing on the order.
- If you buy more than the inventory shows, please feel free to message us as we may coordinate among our different warehouses.
- We may take a pre-order for you if the item is out of stock temporarily. The processing time for pre-order is usually 1-3 months.
- We do not do customization currently.
- We always have a great discount for our first customer, and we are always 'BUY MORE SAVE MORE based on your purchase volume, please feel free to message us to discuss.
- Please understand that all of our products are brand new, and it's normal that the product has minor problems such as small scratches, or minor dents which happen in very few cases during the delivery process. We honor a Max $200 refund for each order according to our insurance company's policy. We require the customer to report the issue on the same day when delivered. Please understand that we do not ship a replacement due to current supply shortages.
Please DO NOT sign for the delivery if you find the package is broken when delivered. (The shipping company will arrange a reshipment for free soon)
